Looking back on it

It's been more than two months since I returned. I miss having the time and the ambition to blog about my day and experiences. I miss being a kind of travel writer (blogger) with a bit of an audience (more than I knew at the time). I miss the spirit of adventure, traveling to the next city or country, seeing what will come next, taking pictures and posting them to my blog, awaiting the unexpected and unknown.

I might try to incorporate travel more into my life. I was once a world traveler (however one defines that), but I had become a stay-at-home Los Angeles resident and teacher. Today I am at a national convention for teachers in Las Vegas, and once again I have a little time to blog, though I am busy all day with attending conference presentations and soon I myself will be presenting.
